How To Prepare
For Pure Matcha (Usuacha):
- Use 3.5g of matcha powder with 150ml of 75°C warm water.
- Whisk well until fully combined to enjoy the true flavour of matcha.
For Matcha Latte:
- Whisk 5g of matcha powder (3–4 scoops using the Toki Mori Measuring Spoon) with 50ml of warm water and 5g of sweetener of choice until smooth.
- Use Toki Mori’s Electric Whisk to blend until fully smooth.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in 100ml of milk.
- Slowly pour the matcha mixture into the glass and enjoy.
Storage
Refrigerate before and after opening for maximum flavour. Store matcha in a cool, dry place. Keep the tin tightly shut and avoid exposing the matcha to sunlight for longevity.
