Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, all food products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been opened or consumed.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Once the issue has been verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

Please note:
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging where applicable.
• We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds if the product has been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery.
