When will my order be delivered?
We deliver island-wide across Singapore. Orders are typically delivered within 3 working days. As delivery routes may vary, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time for orders.
Please ensure that you remain contactable during the delivery period, as our drivers may need to reach you in the event of delivery issues such as a non-working intercom, incorrect address, or no response at the door.
If your order is being delivered to another recipient, please inform them in advance and ensure they remain contactable to facilitate a smooth delivery.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
If you require a specific delivery date & time slot, this may be arranged with an additional delivery charge starting from $15.

Can I return or exchange food products?
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, all food products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been opened or consumed.
