Kuroki Medium Roast Hojicha Powder is made from roasted and finely ground green tea leaves, offering a smooth nutty aroma with naturally low bitterness and reduced caffeine compared to matcha.
Carefully produced using first harvest (Ichibancha) tea leaves from the Yabukita cultivar, this hojicha delivers a balanced roasted profile that works especially well in hojicha lattes, specialty beverages and dessert applications.

How To Prepare
For Hojicha Latte: Whisk 5g of hojicha powder with 50ml oat milk until smooth. Add ~5g of sweetener if desired. Fill a glass with ice and 100ml oat milk, then slowly pour in the hojicha mixture and enjoy. For Pure Hojicha Drink: Whisk 3.5g of hojicha powder with 150ml warm water to enjoy its naturally roasted aroma and smooth nutty flavour.
